Construction & Manufacturing Industry Training Program

The Construction & Manufacturing Training Program at Meihoku Training prepares candidates for hands-on industrial work opportunities in Japan under mainly Technical Intern Training Program (TITP) schemes. 

At Meihoku Training, students gain basic Japanese knowledge , understand Japanese work culture, and develop work ethics for safe and efficient performance on Japanese job sites.

Among our graduates are individuals who have passed the Specified Skilled Worker (SSW) Construction Category II exam, obtaining permanent residency.

Career & Work Information

  • Visa Options: Specified Skilled Worker (SSW Type 1) / Technical Intern Training Program (TITP)
  • Work Locations: Construction sites and manufacturing plants across Japan
  • Stay Duration:
    • SSW Type 1: Up to 5 years.
    • TITP: Usually 3 years and changable to SSW .
  • Future Opportunities:
    • Skill advancement
    • Transition from TITP to SSW (if eligible)
    • Long-term employment and career growth in Japan’s construction and manufacturing sectors
